MAY 20, 2020 UPDATE: RETURNING TO WORSHIP PLAN
I rejoiced with those who said to me,
"Let us go to the house of the Lord."
- Psalm 122:1

Come, let us bow down in worship,
  let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;
for He is our God
  and we are the people of His pasture,
  the flock under His care. - Psalm 95:6-7

We would like to share the plans and protocols for coming back together for worship at St. James Lutheran Church. Please watch the video to the left, or for a more detailed list of our plans and protocols, click on the link below.

MAY 15, 2020 UPDATE

St. James will NOT be open for public worship quite yet. With the State Supreme Court’s decision that ended the ‘Safer-At-Home’ orders issued by the governor, some have wondered what that means for worship. We’ve been meeting as a staff to discuss a way to proceed. May 14th we shared those plans with the Board of Lay Ministry. We will be ready to share those plans in the near future.

We understand the strong desire and interest in gathering together again for worship services. We also have a responsibility to the congregation and community to provide safe, healthy environments to gather.

Please continue to join us online or through the Radio Broadcast as we share God’s Word and worship together. Again, we will soon share a plan on how we can move forward and Come Together for Worship.

God continue to watch over and bless you and keep you safe and healthy under His care.

Pastors Mark and Steve
